Description:

Pyridine dithioethylamine (PDA) is a sulfhydryl amination reagent. Pyridyl disulfide group can react with sulfhydryl group to form cleavable disulfide bond. Remaining primary amine group can be used to react with a variety groups. Released 2-thiopyridone group can be quantitatively measured at 343 nm. .
