Nanocs provides streptavidin conjugated magnetic particles coated with a thin layer of gold nanoparticles on their surface. Thickness of this gold layer ranges from 20-100 nm. Streptavidin ligands on these gold coated magnetic particles can bind to a variety of biotinylated peptides, proteins or antibodies. High affinity between streptavidin and biotin enables these streptavidin conjugated gold magnetic particles be used for bioassay development, molecule or cell separation and purification.
